Classes are with Shankari, who has over twenty years of experience, teaching Yoga and Meditation in India.

Sivananda Yoga Classes: 8 weeks - Sessions once a week
Includes Asanas, Pranayama, Sun Salutation and relaxation techniques.
Yoga offers physiological, psychological as well as biochemical benefits !!

Twice a week classes.
Meditation Course and Practice: 4 weeks - Once a week
Includes breathing, relaxation, simple yoga postures and Meditation.
Meditation is an enrichment to your soul.
